Over the past week or so I've been churning out new and improved code for my game (shoutout ChatGPT), including image and audio preloading, improved music quality, and most importantly DELTATIME!!! What's this mean? basically, the timing in which objects moving around becomes no longer dependent on the frames (which vary greatly depending on your monitor's refresh rate!), but rather on a new universal value that ensures that the speed of the game is consistent across all machines.
